I worked with her during the purchase and subsequent sale of my home. During purchase, she advised me on the ideal offer to land the house. Then, on the sale side she helped me navigate the pros and cons of each offer, eventually advising me to settle on an offer with a lower offer price but higher appraisal coverage. This decision worked wonderfully as the appraisal came in under offer, but the appraisal coverage made me whole. On top of her technical skills, Bobbie Jo excels at keeping closing on track while holding all parties accountable.
